01Purpose
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Sardinha do Tejo website and participation in the nautical experiences we run on the river Tagus, in Lisbon. By making a booking through the website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms.
02Bookings and Payments
Tour bookings are made online through the FareHarbor platform. Payment is taken in advance at the time of booking, using the methods available on the platform. For private events, a deposit may be requested by bank transfer, with the conditions agreed directly by email. Onboard bar consumption is paid on the spot, in cash or by card.
03Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted within the deadline shown at the time of booking, through the FareHarbor platform. No-shows are not entitled to a refund. In the event of adverse weather or force majeure preventing the tour, we will offer a new date or a refund, as applicable.
04Timings and Attendance
Customers must arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may lose their tour without any right to a refund.
05Safety
All passengers must follow the crew's instructions. Sardinha do Tejo reserves the right to refuse boarding to anyone visibly intoxicated or posing a safety risk.
06Liability
Sardinha do Tejo is not liable for personal items lost or damaged during the tour.
07Changes
Sardinha do Tejo reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions whenever necessary.
