Terms and Conditions
1. Subject
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Sardinha do Tejo website and participation in the nautical experiences organised on the River Tagus, in Lisbon.
By making a booking through the website, the customer declares that they have read, understood and accepted these terms.
2. Bookings and Payments
Bookings for tours are made online through the FareHarbor platform.
Payment is made in advance at the time of booking, using the methods made available by the platform.
For private events, a deposit may be requested via bank transfer, with the conditions agreed directly by email.
Any purchases made at the onboard bar must be paid locally, either in cash or by card.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be made within the timeframe indicated at the time of booking via the FareHarbor platform.
Failure to attend at the scheduled time does not entitle the customer to a refund.
In the event of adverse weather conditions or force majeure preventing the tour from taking place, a new date will be offered or a refund issued, as applicable.
4. Timings and Arrival
Customers must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure.
Late arrival may result in missing the tour, without entitlement to a refund.
5. Safety
All passengers must comply with the crew’s instructions.
Sardinha do Tejo reserves the right to refuse boarding to anyone under excessive influence of alcohol or who poses a safety risk.
6. Liability
Sardinha do Tejo shall not be held responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the tour.
7. Changes
Sardinha do Tejo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions whenever necessary.
